BACKGROUND
Ella’s Kitchen asked us to audit, evaluate and redesign their entire portfolio (270+ products with multiple sub-ranges in markets worldwide), in order to improve the consistency and effectiveness of their brand proposition, while safeguarding their visual equities.
SOLUTION
We explored, and improved every element of the design. From key brand messaging to communication hierarchy, from logo to colour palette, we delivered a ‘kids first’ ethos, creating stronger emotional connections and impact, while making the fixture easier to navigate.The goal was to achieve a true design evolution, numerous marginal gains, with a massive net result: +14% value growth year one, with some range’s revenue driven up by as much as +230%. We are still working hand in hand with Ella’s after 10 years.
