When Bounce said jump, we asked ‘how high?’ Our redesign for Bounce helped unlock their potential, repositioning them from niche health brand to mainstream protein snacks, a much greater audience and a massive sales uplift.

BACKGROUND
Experiencing a sustained period of static growth, Bounce asked us to help them asses the market, to better understand their consumer, develop an on-point brand model and build a robust brand stategy. Then to use this planning to drive a commercially effective design solution.
SOLUTION
Our insight repositioned Bounce into well-being snacking with a proposition centred around positive energy and feeling good. Breaking with conventions, we created the first mainstream protein snack in the UK and set in motion the development of a new sub category separate from health bars and niche gym protein, inviting consumers to ‘grab life’. The outcome after five years, a breathtaking turnover of £12M in the UK alone (from a total turnover off £480k) with a similar sales in Australia and a growing presence in Europe, the US and Canada.
